Frequently Asked Questions

Exchange rates are not updating

The app requires an internet connection to fetch the latest rates. In offline mode, it falls back to the last cached rates. Check your connection and relaunch the app.

I can't see units or cryptocurrencies

The Units and Cryptocurrencies categories are available with Convert Premium. Upgrade to Premium from the home screen to unlock them.

How do I restore my Premium purchase?

On the home screen, tap on the Premium button, then Restore Purchases at the bottom of the page. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

The app is showing an unexpected result

Check that you have selected the correct source and target currencies or units. If the issue persists, contact us with the currencies involved and the value you entered.

How do I report a bug?

Email us at lesminitels@protonmail.com with a description of the issue, a screenshot, your device model, and the iOS version you are running.
